Mining Ur Health is a small family-owned business located in South Florida that encourages and motivates everyday consumers to make daily healthy choices. The Managing Director and Founder, Sherifa Johnson is a wife, a mother, and a health enthusiast who was raised on the beautiful island of Jamaica. For years she studied food and nutrition and bursting with such wisdom and knowledge combined with her love of helping people, she was propelled to make a platform to advocate a Healthy lifestyle.  Her passion resulted in her spending quality time at no cost educating individuals in person and online to make intentional choices by using natural and holistic remedies
